  3. We begin representing you. At this point, we are your fiduciary and will assist in any possible real estate related matters you can need help with. 

  4. At this point, your home has been showed and we've got an offer (or many!). Great! Now we assist you by evaluating each and every offer with you, to negotiate terms or settle on an offer that benefits you most.

  5. Due diligence and negotiations are super stressful... But aren't you glad you've got a Benchmark agent in your corner? 

  6. CLOSING. We're done. It's a wrap. Now you've sold your property, and made a friend for life with your Benchmark Agent.
